Introduction
Through this proposal, I aim to showcase the unique experiences your business offers — day charters and sailing lessons — in a way that resonates with international travelers and inspires them to book.
Goals
The primary objective of this project is to:
-Increase international awareness of MoonShadow sailing's offers
-Drive direct bookings for day charters and lessons
-Showcase the beauty, lifestyle, and exclusivity of sailing in Cape Town.
-Provide reusable content that can serve as evergreen marketing material across multiple seasons.
Creative Approach
Short-form, high-impact reels optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Styles will include:
-Cinematic lifestyle sequences (sunsets, scenery, on-board experience).
-POV/action shots (the thrill of sailing, wind, water, movement).
-Storytelling edits (customer journey, lesson moments, group adventures).
-Trend driven edits aligned with current social media best practices.
Each reel will balance visual storytelling with a clear CTA to encourage bookings.
Filming Plan
3 Filming Sessions on the boats: 1.5hrs per session.
Schedule will adapt to weather and sea conditions to ensure best footage possible

Extra Revisions billed at R500 per hour.
Investment
1.5 Hour Sailing Sessions Billed at R2000 per session - 3 Sessions at R6000.
Post Production Editing billed at R17000
Total Investment Value - R23 000
A 50% Upfront Deposit is required, remaining balance to be settled post delivery of all final edits.
A 50% deposit will secure the project.
A service agreement will be signed to finalize scope and terms.
